Boosting integration capacity of electric vehicles: A robust security constrained decision making

Global electric vehicles (EVs) fleet is expanding at a rapid pace. Considering the uncertain driving pattern of EVs, they are dynamic consumers electricity and their integration can give rise to operational problems jeopardize security power system. Under such circumstances, implementation demand-side response (DSR) programs more likely be an effective solution for reducing risks load curtailment or problems. This study proposes voltage stability constrained DSR-coordinated planning model increasing penetration level EVs in distribution system consisting photovoltaics (PVs), wind turbines (WTs) responsive loads. The uncertainties PV/WT generation, demand modeled by improved form information gap decision theory (IGDT), hereafter called weighted IGDT (WIGDT). Due fact that proposed nonlinear non-convex, linearization technique adopted formulated as mixed-integer linear programming (MILP), solved using general algebraic modeling (GAMS) software. standard 33-bus test real-world smart network, based Isle Wight UK, used evaluate performance model.
